Job Description:
Join a team creating world-class digital experiences for some of
the most beloved vacation brands in the world-including Parks &
Resorts, Cruise Line, Resort & Spa, and Vacation Club. We deliver
immersive guest and employee experiences through innovative
technology across Attractions, Entertainment, Food & Beverage,
Resorts, Transportation, and eCommerce.
As a Digital Product Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping
end-to-end experiences across web and mobile platforms, working
with talented teams in Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technology
& Digital.
What You'll Do
Be the voice of the guest, championing the digital experience with
empathy and insight.
Drive the digital product strategy-from shaping roadmaps to
launching features for high-impact guest interactions.
Create and manage clear user stories, requirements, acceptance
criteria, and test cases.
Lead feature development and prioritization, attending daily scrums
and resolving blockers.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and content teams to deliver
exceptional product experiences.
Contribute to go-to-market strategies, ensuring smooth product
launches and stakeholder alignment.
Monitor product performance, support A/B testing, and provide
recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure uptime and ongoing support for the digital platform,
collaborating with tech teams as needed.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders,
managing expectations, scope, timelines, and budget.
Present to executive audiences and advocate for the digital
strategy across the organization.
What We're Looking For
Basic Qualifications:
3-5 years in digital product management (web/mobile apps).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex
digital products on time.
Strong background in marketing, brand strategy, digital content,
and/or technology.
Experience working in Agile environments with tools like JIRA and
Confluence.
Skilled in site/app content management-updating media, copy, and
troubleshooting issues.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills,
including executive communication.
Strong analytical mindset-comfortable using data to drive
decisions.
Ability to collaborate across teams and levels, with a flexible,
solution-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with the iOS/Android release process.
Familiarity with international and bi-coastal team
collaboration.
Background in high-traffic consumer-facing platforms or
hospitality/entertainment a plus.
