Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological,
psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and
lifestyle factors of patients. - Develop and implement
individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of
care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary. -
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely,
following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for
adverse reactions. - Educate patients and families about health
conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to
promote understanding and compliance. - Collaborate with medical
staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient
care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. Shift: PRN 2
shifts X 10 hrs. each per week / weekend rotation PRN rate: $43.33
Education: • Associate's of Nursing [Required] • Bachelor's of
Nursing [Preferred] Work Experience: • 1 acute care hospital
setting [Preferred] Additional Information: Additional Licensure or
certification requirements may apply depending on the specific unit
or state in which this position is located. Please consult the

requirements Licenses and Certifications: • Registered Nurse (RN)
[Required] • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]; ACLS
also required for RNs - all certifications can be obtained via RQI
