What will I be doing?

As a Coordinator Sales Gallery you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • To ensure a seamless operation

    at the Sales Gallery Front Desk by exhibiting professional, friendly and

    courteous demeanor in all interactions with guests, upper management and other

    staff members to set a positive environment for the Vacation Councelor.



    for updating system with tour information when assigning guests to Vacation

    Counselors according to the day's rotation.



    the Sales Gallery Front Desk while answering and directing incoming telephone



    Rotate in other

    positions and comply with business rules as defined by the sales office in

    accordance to the business needs of each sales location.


    Work with

    management to identify, research and solve problems relating to guest,

    transportation, schedules, gifting and tour modifications.


    Obtain Vacation

    Counselor attendance for tour assignment purposes.


    Preparation of

    daily VC rotation and adjustments are made accurately following all line rules

    to ensure the integrity of the tour rules and rotation are maintained.


    Follows required

    script in greeting and seating guests while

    providing high level of customer

    service through warm welcome and guest satisfaction


    Verify tour

    qualification of guests prior to VC assignment.


    Maintain the VC

    rotation accurately.


    Identifies and

    contacts the VC on point


    Provides the VC

    with general information regarding the tour


    Record and

    assignment of VIP and Podium tours.


    Accountable for

    inputting information in system and on paperwork timely and accurately.


    Verify all

    computer input at the end of day including reporting of tour exception

    information with accuracy and timeliness


    Make sure all

    necessary reporting is received and distributed on time.


    Update and prepare vacation planners for the

    following day(s), attaching any necessary paperwork


    Direct incoming

    telephone calls to the proper recipient including checking voicemail daily


    Provide front

    desk coverage at all times.


    Ensure front desk

    area is organized, clean and not cluttered.


    Participation in

    skills assessments for training and development will be mandatory.

    • 1 or more years of experience in hospitality/customer service
    • Manage multiple tasks and assignments while demonstrating strong organizational skills in a fast-paced work environment.

    • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Achieved at least a High school diploma or GED
    • 0-3 years of related experience

      It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

      • Associate's degree or higher
      • 3-5 years of related experience
      • bilingual in English and Spanish
      • Timeshare experience
