Outside Sales Representative - Restoration

We are hiring for a dynamic sales and marketing individual to generate new sales opportunities for our restoration business by targeting insurance carriers, third party administrators, insurance adjusters, property managers, municipalities, and other sources of business. Responsibilities Market & Sell residential and commercial restoration services to industry contacts Prospect, cold call, and penetrate new customers and accounts to meet or exceed monthly and annual company goals Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for growth Maintain and continue to grow existing customer relationships and business Conduct sales presentations by physically visiting customer locations Develop long-term client relationships Consult with clients and provide the ultimate customer experience Maintain appointment calendar and accurate records of prospecting activity and other documentation Miscellaneous reporting or related administrative tasks as necessary, such as preparing customer sign up packages Attend industry related event such as trade shows, golf outings, and other promotional events as needed (some of which are after hours) Maintain and attend membership events in targeted associations Manage the companies Social Media channels (Company Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Work with management team to develop and create an annual sales and marketing plan Identify and attend industry related training to continually improve skills Diligent use of company software to manage sales and marketing efforts existing clients and future prospects Education Prefer four-year degree or at least three years prior experience in outside B2B sales in insurance restoration industry Qualifications Experienced professional with demonstrated sales success to include prospecting, cold calling and closing skills within the insurance restoration industry Organized, timely and punctual Experience in targeting insurance carriers and third party adjusters in the Restoration industry Computer skills to include Microsoft Office products and Social Media a must Strong verbal and written skills Must be available to participate in after-hours social events Residential Construction, Real Estate, and Property Management experience a plus Must pass a background check, drivers license check and drug test Skills Ability to prospect and obtain appointments Work independently and close deals within a fast-paced environment Effective at interacting with a wide variety of professional contacts Emphasizes all products, services, and benefits the company has to offer Strong communications skills: both written and verbal Self-starter who is aggressive and goal-motivated Ability to identify and overcome any objections of prospective customers Maintain professionalism, tact, and diplomacy to positively promote the company Organized, timely, and punctual Ability to meet with and present professional presentations to both small and large groups Ability to develop, and execute company overall sales and marketing plan Compensation Competitive base salary plus commission (comp. expected to exceed $100k for the right individual) Benefits Company profit sharing plan Paid major holidays and vacation Health and life insurance benefits after 90 days of employment Company provided vehicle, computer, cell phone, etc. 401K after 1 year of employment Unlimited growth opportunities for high performance We invite you to apply today!
