To secure these contracts developing consensus with multiple departments is often required to close the sale. The higher within an organization the initial presentation is made the easier the sale. An individual experienced in presenting professional architectural and engineering services to School Boards and executive facility and risk management departments should do well with this opportunity.COMPENSATION: First year: $50K Year plus 5.5 percent commissions . Second Year total Compensation should exceed $100K, no limit on future earnings. Recent commissionable sales: State project $600K, School system $600K, University $175K, major international airport $230K. REQUIRED TRAVEL: Will be approximately 50% East of Rocky Mountains and balance of time ICC requires working in ICC’s Maitland, FL office to identify prospects, cold calling to set executive level appointments, make WebEx introductions and field follow-up on prospects and customers. Candidate must maintain corporate ACT data base for opportunity management. ICC’s goal for this position is the creation of a $1 Million Pipeline within 12 months. TARGET MARKETS: Universities, Campuses and K-12 Public School Systems. Secondary Government markets: Cities, Counties, Air and Sea Ports, Convention Centers, Hospital Systems. Commercial Markets: Manufacturers, Distributors, Business Centers, Theme Parks ANNUITY: Many customers repeatedly use ICC’s service. This generates repeat income streams so long as properly managed. Customers that a representative creates will result in the account being protected so long as adequate documented quarterly contact is maintained EXPENSES: Room & Board expenses will be reimbursed per remote sales day (2 presentations minimum/day) plus direct travel related Air & Car rental for travel beyond 150 miles and 5.5% Commission on self-originated opportunities.
