Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-pace and growing sales team. The Inside Sale Representative is a strong, self-motivated, successful sales professional who is skilled in closing telephone sales. This position is for mature, motivated executives looking for long-term opportunities in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

As a Front End Sales Rep, the responsibilities will require organization, time management, as well as a positive, outgoing and professional demeanor.

The Sales Rep is responsible for qualifying new and re-attendee opportunities within the company Salesforce system and to ultimately pass them to a closer. Their primary function is to meet and exceed team and individual/live ---take over--- as well as unit sales goals set monthly by the sales management team.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Follow-up communication to webinar presentations with the purpose of uncovering needs and overcoming objections with potential clients

  • Handles inbound sales calls in an effort to serve customers and match them with educational products that suit their individual needs

  • Prepares sales orders while assisting prospective customers in overcoming technical and business objections

  • Builds and maintains customer relationships while emphasizing salable features, quotes, prices, credit terms

  • Other duties as assigned


    • Ensure personal daily & monthly Dials, Appointments & Live TO---s goals are met (refer to Working Agreement---s outlined Minimum Performance Standards (MPS)

    • Adhere to Sales ---Best Practices--- as set by Sales Management team

    • Negotiation skills a must, paired with an ability to develop trust and confidence

    • Ability to follow policies, processes and procedures of the organization

    • Log all call and sales activities in the company CRM (Salesforce)

    • Demonstrate a positive, professional and team attitude toward coworkers, internal and external customers, and management

      Required Qualifications

      • Minimum of 2 years telephone sales experience with a proven track record of successful closing and ethical practices

      • Highly responsible for their own actions while demonstrating higher-level and innovative thinking as they place the needs of others above their own to reach company-wide standards and goals

      • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, but not required

      • College Degree is desirable

      • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner through skillfully analyzing information and using problem-solving skills

      • Finance and consulting experience is a plus

      • Works well in a team-oriented environment while remaining rational and ethical during conversations with customers

      • Speaks clearly and persuasively while utilizing active listening skills to identify opportunities

      • Balances team and individual responsibilities while exhibiting objectivity and openness to the views of others

      • The ability to think on their feet, build morale and further group goals and objectives

      • Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles and measures self against a standard of excellence

      • Understands and is accountable for their monthly sales performance goals

      • Above average skills as it relates to Microsoft Excel and computer skills
