role starts as a cold-call, outside sales position where you'll
receive top-tier resources, training, and tools to master the art

want you on board! RESPONSIBILITIES: Be the Face of the Wire 3
Movement– Proudly represent our brand by engaging directly with the
community. This includes door-to-door outreach, leveraging social
media, attending local events, and building strong relationships
with potential customers. Sell with a Purpose – Use a consultative
sales approach to understand customer needs and clearly communicate
how Wire 3 provides the best solution. Stay Sharp on Market Trends
– Keep tabs on competitors, identify opportunities, and adapt your
approach to stay ahead. Own Your Success – Meet and exceed sales

the game! REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES: Strong verbal and written
communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively and
engage with others. Confident, outgoing, and personable demeanor,
fostering positive interactions with team members and clients.
Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently as a
self-starter. Strong multitasking abilities, with effective
prioritization and time-management skills. Proficient in operating
personal computers and tablets (e.g., iPad). Willingness to
maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings,
weekends, and holidays to hit goals. Dependable transportation and
ability to travel locally as needed. Ability to pass a criminal
background check. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or
GED. Seeking a long-term career opportunity. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work comfortably in various outdoor weather conditions
Physically capable of performing tasks that involve walking long
distances and enduring extended hours in the Florida sun and heat.
BENEFITS: $42,500 Salary Uncapped Commission OTE: $80k-$100k
