Compensation & Incentives We believe great work should be clearly
and fairly rewarded. Competitive Base Pay: $800 Weekly Salary Sales
Commission: Percentage-based commission on every signed contract
Performance-Based Earnings: Your effort directly impacts your

Responsibilities Client-Focused Sales: Consult with clients to
create customized event rental packages including lighting,
draping, and décor Relationship Building: Develop and maintain
strong relationships with venues, planners, and vendors Detail
Coordination: Accurately communicate client needs to internal teams
to ensure seamless event execution Follow-Up & Closing: Manage
leads, proposals, and contracts through the sales process What

a family-style work culture Sales Experience: Event, hospitality,
