Job Description:
Condux International is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales
Representative to join our dedicated sales team. As a leader in
providing innovative solutions for cable installation in the
telecoms and electric power markets, we are looking for a
passionate individual to advocate for and sell our robust range of
products. This role involves both technical acumen and sales
expertise to effectively communicate the benefits of our tools and
equipment to potential customers. Ideal candidates will have a
strong background in sales within a technical or engineering field,
coupled with a keen ability to solve problems and drive sales
growth. Establish and cultivate relationships with new and existing
customers in the telecom and electric power markets Demonstrate and
present Condux International products, highlighting their technical
features and advantages Understand customer needs and offer
solutions and support, analyze market strategies and develop sales
plans Prepare technical presentations to explain product
specifications and applications Negotiate contracts and close
agreements while ensuring customers’ needs and expectations are met
Keep informed of new products and services, market conditions, and
competitor activities Travel to client sites, trade shows, and
conferences as required Strong technical knowledge of cable
installation tools and equipment Proven sales track record in a
technical sales environment Capability to create and deliver
compelling sales presentations Excellent verbal and written
communication skills Ability to effectively negotiate and close
deals Efficient in time management and able to meet sales targets
