yourself in the game! The Role Work collaboratively across the
industry to support the awareness, education and usage of USTA
Serve Tennis software as well as promotion and adoption of USTA
digital partner products and tennis venue services.
- Drive adoption of USTA and USTA
affiliated partner products, including Serve Tennis facility
management software, ITF World Tennis Number (WTN) products, and
USTA Connect to help tennis operators further develop their
business and support player activity and engagement
- Host local and regional "Lunch & Learn" social events to help
educate, inform and sell-in digital suite of products to tennis
operators in a group setting
- Host Match Play events at clubs, parks and facilities as needed
to train and educate players and providers
- Identify and develop a robust pipeline of sales prospects by
attending regional workshops, industry conventions, networking
socials, cold calling, and other methods including collaboration
with USTA National and Section Staff
- Utilize digital sales enablement platform to share sales
materials and generate sales proposals and presentations with
customers
- Demonstrate software products in a "customer-centric" approach
to tennis clubs, providers and facilities throughout the
region
- Communicate client needs with various product owners at USTA
and the USTA Connect partner network to enhance future development
of digital products Who You Are
- 3-5 years of sales experience in sporting goods and/or sports
industry is preferred
- Software sales and/or tennis industry a huge plus
- Ability to travel domestically 50% of the time
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation
skills

for this position is $56,000 to $68,000. This role is bonus
eligible. This range does not include any additional pay or
benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary
offered is determined by several variables, including, as
appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the
years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location
