We truly believe in changing the roofing stigma through our high-quality customer service, honesty, and step-by-step communication with the customer throughout the whole process.Roofing Sales Opportunity:Roofing Independent Sales Reps are needed to prospect and develop roofing sales. Pay is commission based with uncapped pay potential. Independent Sales Reps can expect to earn60K-200K annually. Duties will include:Develop leads through personal marketing in conjunction with company marketingplansMeet with homeownersInspect roofs and property to determine the scope of damage and need for repairWork with insurance companies and adjusters as requiredAssist customers in selecting materials and colors used for the jobCollect Deposit/Final PaymentsDevelop referrals and generate positive reviewsMay perform other duties as assigned Requirements:Previous experience in roofing sales may be helpful but is not required. We offer alltraining necessary for all new hires.Applicant must be extremely self-motivated and able to work with minimal dailysupervisionMust be of sound personal character and a positive representation of the values of ourcompany (Integrity, honesty, respect, quality, customer-focused, etc.)Must have excellent communication skillsMust have necessary computer skills and be able to learn our company-specific JobNimbus and SumoQuote softwareIndependent Sales Reps are responsible for handling payments from customerstherefore, only applicants of the highest moral caliber will be consideredThis job requires Sales representatives to drive a company vehicle. As such, Sales Representative's must hold a valid Florida Driver's License that is free from restrictions.Must be able to pass a driving history checkMust be able to pass a background checkMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screeningThe following skills will be helpful but are NOT required:Roofing or construction experienceKnowledge of roofing techniques and materialsExperience in project costing and planningPrevious sales experience Benefits and compensation:Sales Representatives are hired a W-2 employee and are paid a commissionon each project completed.Average Independent Sales Reps with a full sales pipeline can expect to earn between$60k-$200k annually.As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for group health insurance. You will be eligible for medical; 50% paid by the company for the employee only, after 90 days.
