Job Summary:Deroose Plantsis looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.Responsibilities:Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customersPerform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needsEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsReach out to customer leads through cold calling.Market DevelopmentExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.Participate and Represent Deroose Plants in Trade Shows Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsAnalyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reportsSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trendsContinuously improve through feedback Required Skills/Abilities: Proven work experience as a sales representativeServe as a Main point of contact for all customers and prospects.Excellent knowledge of MS OfficeHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skillsPrioritizing, time management and organizational skillsAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.Able to Travel throughout the United States on a regular basis.Forecast the needs of our existing inventory (Whether to increase or decrease production based on market conditions and past sales)Relationship management skills and openness to feedbackEducation and Experience:Must meet minimum age requirement for regular employment at Deroose Plants Inc.2-5 years of experience Sales SkillsStrong administration, organizational, and knowledge of Sales, Customer Relations, and Account ManagementAble to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitaskAble to take initiative (in introducing our products and concepts to customers)Planning and Forecast SkillsGood Writing and Communication skillsSelf MotivatedComputer LiterateBasic Math Skills
