Marketing organization in this exciting leadership role! The
Director of Service Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving
overall sales growth for our service business (maintenance and
repair) across North America. One of the main objectives is to
deliver sales targets and generate revenue through marketing leads.
In addition to sales results, they must focus on pipeline
management, forecasting and sales planning and will lead strategy
for service marketing. The incumbent will also develop and manage
sales and marketing personnel through sales enablement and training
activities. -This position can be located within the U.S. or
Canada. What you'll do:
- Lead and manage Americas sales and marketing for Maintenance
and Repair
- Manage the maintenance and repair product Marketing team
- Influence product development through well-defined Marketing /
Product requirements
- Support the PM teams development of product positioning, value
propositions and messaging for service
- Manage market and customer research (buyer needs, purchasing
decision process, etc.)
- Collaborate with marcomms & field marketing for product
relevant content
- Lead and manage Americas forecast process for Maintenance and
Repair using the Service Sales CRM
- Partner with Key Accounts on growth strategy
- Manage training (skills matrix) plans for reps not meeting
sales plans
- Lead the regional sales managers (RSMs) strategic groups and
reinforce sales foundations
- Manage marketing lead execution
- Monitor sales activities and performance including pipeline
health management
- Partner with HR and Sales Operations to establish compensation
plans (Sales IC)
- Create, evaluate and distribute sales plans for maintenance and
repair
- Lead development and management of sales force
- Review field marketing campaign collateral
- Review marketing collateral for sales You should have:
- Successful track record demonstrating forward-thinking sales
strategy and execution, with an emphasis in sales growth, planning
& process
- Demonstrated success building and leading sales teams working
in a matrix environment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects, programs
and objectives

- Bachelor's degree required, supplemented by 7+ years of sales
experience. -
- MBA preferred but not required
- General management & P&L experience is a plus
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies is a plus
