Inside Sales Specialist (ISA) to join our esteemed Client Success
team.
As an ISA, your ability to establish and cultivate client
relationships will be pivotal in your triumphs. Demonstrating
patience is also crucial, as the process of discovering one's dream
home often necessitates a significant investment of time. Your
primary objective will revolve around acquiring new clients by
forging connections and nurturing leads through our sophisticated
Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. Collaborating closely
with our Listing and Buyer Agents, you will gather crucial
information about potential buyers or sellers, and efficiently
schedule appointments with qualified clients.
Our ideal candidate exudes confidence and ease when initiating
outbound calls, showcases professionalism and focus while handling
inbound calls, and above all, possesses a natural flair for
storytelling. As an ISA at The Nickley Group, you will have the

Responsibilities:
--- Learning and utilizing cutting-edge CRMs and other technologies
to maximize productivity and achieve revenue goals.
--- Accepting inbound calls, emails, texts, and referrals as part
of established outreach and sales initiatives to potential
clients.
--- Building strong relationships with clients to understand their
specific needs and desires as a home buyers or sellers.
--- Accurately qualifying potential clients to ensure efficient use
of time and resources.
--- Practicing and internalizing scripts through role play to
enhance communication skills.
--- Following up with all leads in the pipeline and maintaining
regular contact with clients.
--- Building strong relationships with agents on our team to
promote teamwork and collaboration.
--- Building and maintaining relationships with our lender
partners, serving as a helpful resource to our clients.
