Job Description:
We are seeking a Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent to join our
growing commercial real estate team. This position requires someone
who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The job
will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties,
and development opportunities side of the commercial real estate
business.
This position is commission only but you will get a steady flow of
lead opportunities from our top residential agents and teams. With

Responsibilities:
Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure
future growth
Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies
and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their
decision making process
Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure
customer satisfaction
Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings
along with financial and analytical data
Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over
property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all
transactions are accurate and legal
--- Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the
building, possible renovations, financing options, and analytical
data
--- Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order
to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
--- Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers
over property prices and during the closing of sales to ensure all
transactions are accurate and legal
--- Provide market area research to clients so they can make an
educated and informed decision
--- Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons
to ensure fair market prices to clients
--- Commercial Lead generation
--- Commercial lead follow up
--- CRM and database mastery
--- Follow the plan
--- Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals

Qualifications:
Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising
Proven negotiating and communication skills
Skilled in industry practices and lease language
Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient

--- Good communication
--- Sales experience
