Description
Responsible for greeting and providing outstanding customer service
based on the Rosen Standards. Booking appointments for services at
the Health Spa. Front Desk Agents must be able to multi-task and be
detail-oriented, as well as posses effective conflict-management
and decision-making skills.
Minimum Requirements
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly
required to stand for long periods of time, briskly walk, and lift
up to 40 lbs. Education/Experience: High school diploma or
equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience.
Proficient computer and technology skills preferred.
