The primary duties of the Sales Executive are to discover the Owners needs & interests and create a want/need to update their membership with Exploria LLC. Conduct a 60-minute presentation with owners and present Club Exploria products in a manner to create a sale----Responsibilities and Duties:

• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, both orally and written.
• Must work well in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
• Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems, as necessary.
• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns and issues raised by team members and guests.Qualifications and Skills:
  • A Real Estate License is required
  • 2 years of In-House experience preferred
  • Maintain required VPG and closing %
  • Professional, neat appearance
  • Positive attitude/Team player
