Responsibilities:
--- Identify and qualify potential buyers and sellers
--- Evaluate businesses to determine their value and potential for sale
--- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other industry professionals
--- Prepare marketing materials and advertising strategies for client businesses
--- Manage negotiations and transactions to ensure the best outcome for clients
--- Provide guidance and advice to clients on financial, legal, and other aspects of buying or selling a business
--- Coordinate due diligence efforts and facilitate the transfer of ownership
--- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations

Qualifications:
--- Proven track record of successful business brokerage or similar experience
--- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
--- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
--- Familiarity with legal and financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions
--- An active real estate license required
--- Comfortable on high commission earnings
