Job Description:
The Sales Center Admin provides administrative support to the
sales center, including billing, filing, data entry, invoice and
proof of delivery requests, works various reports for open orders,
transfers, freight, rejected invoices, etc. As well as, other
assigned duties.
Education & Experience:
Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and three (3) to
five (5) years of experience or equivalent combination.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
-Strong communication skills including written, verbal and
listening.
-Reliability, organization, and attention to detail required.
-Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize
competing demands to meet deadlines.
-Strong ability to us Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint).
