Manages, leads, directs, coordinates the activities of the Cabin service group. Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Central Load Control Agents! • Ability to follow airline specific guidelines.
• Ensure that the accurate weight and balance data is generated to support safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations.
• Accurately distributes and completes all load control.
• Make sound decisions and prioritize workload to effectively manage operational needs.
• Runs main deck controls for aircraft loading/unloading of cargo.
• Ensure compliance with dnata, TSA and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

  • Possess/maintain a valid State drivers license and other FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be flexible to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Specific shifts to be determined by administrative staff due to operational needs
  • Must be able to work extended hours on short notice during irregular operation
  • Ability to work in inclement weather
