Responsibilities Include:
- Provide outstanding customer service in an inbound call center
environment. Assist owners and Club Members by efficiently
coordinating and promoting vacation opportunities through Club
Membership.
- Confirm reservations and provide relevant information about the
resorts, unit amenities, and travel information.
- Answer inbound calls and answer inquiries aimed at educating
our owners and members regarding all program options, benefits and
self-service opportunities.
- Assist owners with lower-level challenges and provide
resolution using our Spirit of Service techniques and empowerment
tools provided.
- Generate interest in special services such as cancellation
protection and promotional opportunities available when
applicable.
- Interact with internal customers to include membership support,
portfolio services, maintenance fee services, and more.
- Transact maintenance fee payments, loan payments, payoffs, and

- Daily Pay Option Eligibility: All US hourly Team Members not
represented by a labor organization or subject to collective
bargaining agreementSchedule Details: Our Club Counselors may work
anytime between Monday - Friday between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm EST and
on Saturdays from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm. Paid training is provided for
3 weeks and is from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Most
common shift assignments are between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm and may
include Saturdays. Shifts are assigned during the second week of
training. Work from Home opportunities may be available after
approximately four months and based on performance results. Our

To fulfill this role successfully, you will have the following
minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Graduate
- 6 months of professional customer service experience
- Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor with a positive
outlook.
- Dedication for providing positive experiences for our
Owners
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a problem solver
- Verbal Fluency in English language required. Bilingual in
Spanish, Portuguese helpful.
- Basic computer literacy and skills
- Must be able to talk and type simultaneouslyIt would be helpful
in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities
and distinctions:
- 3+ years professional experience in call center customer
service.
- Timeshare, travel, or hotel front desk background.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, WordWe are an
