Job Description:

As an Inside & Digital Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growth and generating new sales through prospecting, calling targeted customers, data organization, data analysis, coordinating with marketing in lead generation efforts, and qualifying prospective customers for Sales Representatives through data collection.

The Inside & Digital Sales Representative will pursue new accounts through phone calls and using multiple digital platforms like CRM, Marketing Cloud, our Portal and Social media platforms like LinkedIn from our Orlando Headquarters location. Efforts will be aimed at fact collection, appointment setting, and closing and qualifying sales. The objective of the role is to expand the reach of the Amco sales force by initiating contact with prospective customers and selling them our Plastics portfolio. The Inside & Digital Sales Representative will be looked upon as a vital team member to profitably drive growth and sales. The Inside & Digital Sales Representative will also be asked to manage House Accounts or those accounts not desiring direct face-to-face contact.


  • Call/communicate all leads presented from Ravago's lead generation tools in effort to qualify the lead:
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect information and keep comprehensive and up-to-date customer information daily in our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system.
  • Maintain detailed call sheets showing purpose and strategy.
  • Verify the accuracy and validity of customer's concerns/requests.
  • Provide feedback to ADT Director or Regional Commercial Director to assess lead assignment.
  • Drive increased engagement of the platforms through effective questions, conversations, and ongoing relationship management using multiple digital platforms like CRM, Marketing Cloud, our Portal and Social media platforms like LinkedIn, and Constant Contact
  • Maintain relationship with assigned lead/client as part of the sales process, and close sale.
  • Conduct intro calls with new business prospects and present our customer's value proposition.
  • Sell to customer per acceptable Ravago standards as related to margin, vendor agreements, and business strategy.
  • Give excellent customer service to each contact.
  • Use inbound leads and your own outbound prospecting to build a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects through internet research, digital platforms, and cold calling.
  • Expand knowledge base for entire Amco product offering through independent study as well as participation in training sessions.
  • Build action plan based on overall direction and information collection to establish objectives and goals.
  • Meet/Exceed goals set forth by management regarding call volume, sales volume, and new lead generation.
  • Other duties as assigned by Director ADT.REQUIREMENTS:
    The right candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal abilities, be technologically savvy and a quick learner.

    • Minimum requirement is 2 years in role.
    • Self-motivated, self-starter with tenacious initiative and the capability to achieve targets.
    • Capacity to work independently and initiate resourceful behavior to perform duties.
    • Demonstrates solid business acumen and an ability to successfully sell product.
    • Must possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
    • Exhibits ability to think "quick on his/her feet" and react appropriately to roadblocks and make decisions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Detail oriented and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe file creation & management
    • Ability to adapt to using new tools and technology.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
