Service Sales ManagerCompany Name: Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc.Location:Orlando, FL, US, 32809Description:SUMMARYManage all service sales marketing efforts for Mitsubishi Powers America Inc. (MP). Single pointcontact to manage all aspects of gas turbine, steam turbine and generator service sales includingProfit & Loss, Customer Service, Technical Support, etc. for assigned fleet.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop Key Account Plans to include detailed knowledge of customers organization,business goals, relationship status, and opportunities for business growth. Organize and facilitate customer Executive Meetings with the involvement of the MitsubishiPower leadership team and customer executives. Plan and develop a strategy for selling service, parts, upgrades and modernizations forassigned fleet. Develop winning proposals which meet MP and customer requirements. Work directly with customer to identify outage and/or maintenance plans and communicateback to the organization. Manage winning strategies with responsible product line(s), factory and MP seniormanagement. Ability to review, break-down and make actionable detailed customer request for proposal(RFP); Perform all Sales Lead duties required and outlined in the Service Sales Process. Communicate with MP management to develop and understand service, sales and marketingstrategies for the Americas. Communicate with Japanese factories on service pricing strategy, cost estimates andquotations. Support the development of new product offerings and upgrades. Coordinate strategies and sales effort with MP new equipment sales force. Assist in sales, marketing, and sales strategy development for Mitsubishi Power LTSAproduct offerings. Communicate with customers in the Americas to understand service needs via telephone, email and personal visits. Protect company confidential information by not communicating, disclosing, or using forbenefit of third parties and maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times. Perform other such duties as may be required.OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures reporting all unsafe activities toManagement and/or Human Resources. Frequent overnight travel (at least 50%) by land, train and/or air. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Support ISO compliance and initiatives. Contribute to building a positive team spirit. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Protect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using for benefit of3rd parties. Maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times.
