*Hood Distribution established in 1899, is a wholesale distributor of lumber & plywood as well as related specialty wood and composite products. We currently have15 locations, providing distribution into the eastern US as well as the Caribbean markets. Our primary trading partners are custom manufacturers of high end cabinetry / furniture, millwork and industrial trades, specialty retailers, pro dealers. This position, Dealer Specialist Sales Representative, would concentrate heavily on the Specialty Retailers and Pro Dealers segment.*If you are a dynamic, high performing sales professional with a competitive nature who is looking to join an energetic team, our role as a Dealer Specialist Sales Representative for the *Central and Southern portion of Florida *territory is for you. We are looking for an ideal candidate to be a successful champion that can work autonomously and has a history of bringing on new business, exceeding sales quotas, and loves the thrill of the hunt.The successful applicant should be able to develop a proactive business plan taking into account short and long term strategies that fit with the need for growth and profitability. These plans should take into account sales objectives, profit goals and focus products.
