The Payment Inside Sales Consultant must be comfortable making a series of calls each day, working effectively with external and internal partners, generating interest and qualifying prospects and especially closing sales. We expect our consultants to provide a positive selling and on-boarding experience with clients and and provide accurate and timely sales reporting to management. -
To be a successful Payment Inside Sales Consultant, you should be partner-focused, communicate effectively, coachable, adaptable and must be professional, reliable, productive and efficient and able to build relationships to win new business. -
Salary$17 - $17 USD per hourRequired Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent. -
  • Additional education or experience is preferred but not required. -
  • Exceptional selling and servicing approach, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice. -
  • Prior Sales experience, inside sales is helpful but not necessary. -
  • Understanding of company products, services, and policies. -
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills. -
  • Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations. -
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills. -
  • Engaging personality, team-player, and positive attitude. -
  • Adaptability and accountability. -
  • Fluency in multiple languages may be desired. -

    Desired Skills

    • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. - -
    • Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information. -
    • Maintain accurate CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities. - -
    • Complete accurate sales application paperwork and update clients throughout the sales process. - -
    • Building lasting relationships with partners, customers and all other POLN8 team members based on trust and reliability. -
    • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately. -
    • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed sales metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service. -
    • Making sales recommendations for updated products or services that may better suit client needs. -
    • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of industry, company and position. -
    • Adhering to all company policies and procedures. - -

      BenefitsIncome/Salary: -

      • On-Target-Earnings (OTE) = $64,000 annually
      • $20.00 per hour, "Non-Recoverable
        Draw" - During First 90 Days Training Period (Or $17.00 per hour plus uncapped Commissions and Bonuses, whichever is higher)
      • $17.00 per hour plus uncapped Commissions and Bonuses - After 90 Days Training Period

        Work Week: -

        • 40 hours, Lunch: 30 Minutes (unpaid) -
        • Breaks: 1 during the AM and 1 during the PM, 15 minutes each (both paid) -

          Hours of Operation:

          • Shift 1: M-F: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM -

            -Break: 10:30 - 10:45, Lunch: 12:00 - 12:30, Break: 3:00 - 3:15

            • Shift 2: M-F: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

              -Break: 10:45 - 11:00, Lunch 12:30 - 1:00, Break: 3:15 - 3:30

              • Shift 3: M-F: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM -

                -Break: 1:45 - 2:00, Lunch: 4:00 - 4:30, Break: 6:00 - 6:15
                Earned PTO: -

                • First year: 1 day per month worked up to 10 days -
                • Years 2-4: 2 Weeks -
                • Year 5-7: 3 Weeks -
                • 8+ Years: 4 Weeks -

                  Paid Holidays/Vacation Schedule:
                  POLN8 powered by 420 Financial follows the Federal Holiday Schedule for PTO time. This includes: New Year's Day (12/31/22), Martin Luther King Day (1/17/22), George Washington's Birthday (1/21/22), Memorial Day, 5/30/22, Juneteenth (6/19/22), Independence Day (7/4/22) Labor Day (9/5/22), Columbus Day (10/10/22), Veterans Day (11/11/22), Thanksgiving (11/24/22), and Christmas Day (11/26/22).
                  Cell Phone Policy:
                  Phones are permissible for use for the following reasons: -

                  • Phones must be placed on silent during work hours.
                  • Emergencies from family (please use your alerts and rings feature to set-up family, medical and other important numbers to distinguish between emergency and non-essential calls).
                  • Work Communication - Passcode Retrieval or text from Management (should be using instant messenger on computer).
                  • You may use your phone during Breaks and Lunch.
                  • In the boarding office one cell phone may be set for music for the room. -
                  • Headset use on the floor is restricted and you should seek approval from management if it is necessary. -
