-- - -- - -- - -- - -- - -- - -- - -- - -- --- - -- -SUMMARY Responsible for maintaining communication with existing W.H.O. partners within hospitality industry, allied hotels & Westgate Team Members to ensure their support to the W.H.O. organization and I Love Orlando Magazine. Work closely with Marketing team to maximize all strategic efforts with the W.H.O. -- -Lead annual W.H.O. Savings Card sales, production and website updates. Facilitate all W.H.O. Savings Card distribution. Assist and partner with internal teams on the creative development of print and video collateral and training materials. Generate new W.H.O. partnerships. Assist with the planning, managing, organization and execution of special events & programs. Facilitate all department digital needs in collaboration with IT. Manage digital marketing programs and channels. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and programs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. -- - -- -W.H.O Manage W.H.O. Hotel Referral program including visitation of partnering hotels, relationship development with GM, AGM and FDM, development, implementation and launch of ongoing and new programs, incentives and yearly training.Liaison with internal departments, Resorts and partners to manage annual W.H.O. Card distribution roll-out. Maintain monthly distribution of the W.H.O. Tourist and Hospitality Savings Cards and marketing and digital materials.Lead W.H.O. Card annual sales and production process. Prospect, sell and collect contracts and logos for Rack Card logo sales. Collaborate with Creative dept. for card theming, design and color pallet for all creative support collateral needed for card launch. Oversee annual website update and daily updates as needed.Educate businesses on the opportunities with the W.H.O. Program for partner recruitment. Create monthly recruiting plan including outbound calls, direct mail, email campaigns, in person and virtual sales calls and more.Oversee/review inbound W.H.O. card requests and fulfillment.Assist in planning, managing and executing W.H.O. and I Love Orlando department events such as annual W.H.O. Golf Tournament and End of Year Hospitality Industry Event.Lead in planning, managing and executing W.H.O. Public Relations and Recognition programs to heighten brand awareness.Create and facilitate W.H.O training and sub sequential training material.Manage various digital channels including social media networks, website content, email campaigns, QR code usage and tracking, video production and moreMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and programsCollaborate with IT to facilitate all department needs and digital updates.Research new opportunities and emerging technologies.Attend external and internal networking events to represent the W.H.O. and I Love Orlando Magazine within industry organizations including:-- - CFCA, CFHLA, I-Drive Chamber, Visit Orlando, GMF and The Westgate Foundation.Updating and inputting of all department reports, manuals and logs.Comfortable working with team members at all levels of the organization including senior leadership.Operate Company Vehicle.Support additional office needs. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES N/A QUALIFICATIONS-- - EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 3+ years of experience in Communications, Sales or Marketing team experience preferredBachelor--------s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related Field SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE Proficient in MS Office, project management software, Sharepoint and MailChimp.Highly organized, self-starter, team player with superior communication skills and comfortability with public speakingFantastic skills in keeping large amounts of information, data and files organized and quickly accessibleAbility to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities.Ability to remain flexible and navigate cross-functional teams, tasks and timelinesStrong writing, editing / proofreading skills and attention to detailPrevious event coordination experience desired.Knowledge of Timeshare IndustryExcellent Driving Record -- -LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.-- - Ability to write simple correspondence.-- - Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small and large group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.-- - Fluency in Spanish a plus.-- - MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. REASONING ABILITIES Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Excellent critical thinking skills.
