We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our
respectful, fast-paced and growing sales team. Candidates are most
successful when they're a fast learner, eager, go getter,
self-motivated, ability to overcome objections, able to negotiate
and close sales over the phone. Leads are provided, no cold
calling. MTI has an aggressive paid training program and coaching
to ensure your success within the company. Candidates must
demonstrate a positive, professional, and team attitude toward
management, coworkers, internal and external clients.
Achieve and exceed team unit sales goals
Follow-up with clients in a timely way
Identify client's needs and sell to those needs
Handle inbound sales calls
Execute sales orders
Ensure personal daily & monthly goals, appointments
Adhere to Sales 'Best Practices'
Log calls and sales activities in the company CRM
Other duties as assigned

Excellent telephone communication skills, especially listening
Professional demeanor at all times
2 years of demonstrated superior customer service skills
Ability to follow sales guidelines
Ability to speak clearly and concisely on calls and in person
Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills
Strong sense of urgency
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Willing to work alternating hours every other week M-F 9am- 6pm and
12pm- 9 pm
Understand and be accountable for monthly sales performance
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite
2 years of successful sales experience
Experience using Salesforce CRM
Associate or Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in Spanish and English

about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery,

Use hands/fingers to handle or feel - Constantly operates a
computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a
calculator, copy machine, computer, and printer.

Qualified candidates will be asked to submit to a background
Minimum of 1-3 years telephone sales experience with a proven track
