Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our respectful, fast-paced and growing sales team. Candidates are most successful when they're a fast learner, eager, go getter, self-motivated, ability to overcome objections, able to negotiate and close sales over the phone. Leads are provided, no cold calling. MTI has an aggressive paid training program and coaching to ensure your success within the company. Candidates must demonstrate a positive, professional, and team attitude toward management, coworkers, internal and external clients.

Primary responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed team unit sales goals
Follow-up with clients in a timely way
Identify client's needs and sell to those needs
Handle inbound sales calls
Execute sales orders
Ensure personal daily & monthly goals, appointments
Adhere to Sales 'Best Practices'
Log calls and sales activities in the company CRM
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Goal focused and desire to achieve Company and personal goals
Excellent telephone communication skills, especially listening skills
Professional demeanor at all times
2 years of demonstrated superior customer service skills
Ability to follow sales guidelines
Ability to speak clearly and concisely on calls and in person
Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills
Strong sense of urgency
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Willing to work alternating hours every other week M-F 9am- 6pm and 12pm- 9 pm
Understand and be accountable for monthly sales performance goals
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite
Preferred Requirements:
2 years of successful sales experience
Experience using Salesforce CRM
Associate or Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in Spanish and English

Physical Activity:
Sitting and/or standing -Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Walking -The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

Use hands/fingers to handle or feel - Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, computer, and printer.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-3 years telephone sales experience with a proven track record
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner through skillfully analyzing information and using problem-solving skills.
Works well in a team-oriented environment while remaining rational and ethical during conversations with customers.
Speaks clearly and persuasively while utilizing active listening skills to identify opportunities.
The ability to think on their feet, build morale and further group goals and objectives.
Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles and measures self against a standard of excellence.
Strong work ethic and a sense of urgency.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
