are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our
respectful, fast-paced and growing sales team. Candidates are most
successful when they're a fast learner, eager, go getter,
self-motivated, ability to overcome objections, able to negotiate
and close sales over the phone. Leads are provided, no cold
calling. MTI has an aggressive paid training program and coaching
to ensure your success within the company. Candidates must
demonstrate a positive, professional, and team attitude toward
management, coworkers, internal and external clients. Primary
responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed team unit sales goals
- Follow-up with clients in a timely way
- Identify client's needs and sell to those needs
- Handle inbound sales calls
- Execute sales orders
- Ensure personal daily & monthly goals, appointments
- Adhere to Sales 'Best Practices'
- Log calls and sales activities in the company CRM
- Other duties as assigned Requirements:

- 2 years of demonstrated superior customer service skills
- Ability to follow sales guidelines

- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work alternating hours every other week M-F 9am- 6pm
and 12pm- 9 pm
- Understand and be accountable for monthly sales performance

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite Preferred
Requirements:
- 2 years of successful sales experience
- Experience using Salesforce CRM
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual in Spanish and English Benefits:

about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery,

- Minimum of 1-3 years telephone sales experience with a proven
track record
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
through skillfully analyzing information and using problem-solving
