National Account Sales Manager

The Role You'll Play to Create Success
Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:
--- Up to 50% travel as required by your local market or territory--- Creates and owns the sales strategy for specific accounts and is directly responsible for account penetration, account development and long term business relationship--- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual new gross profit sales target goals per the company's fiscal year calendar--- Develop and maintain working relationships with current and prospective clients that have annual spend exceeding $2 million dollars.--- Identify and secure new national account opportunities via operating divisions sales team--- Work a solution sales process to engineer custom product solutions and programs to meet customer needs.--- Negotiate and close sales contracts, with a focus on new business--- Partner with the program manager to successfully onboard and implement new business for the division, meeting the company's client onboarding standards--- Attend trade shows and business events to generate prospective interest--- Meet or exceed performance standards goals related to the assigned performance coverage expectation per the companies' standards--- Coordinate with marketing team to build the collateral required to support the sales process.--- Develop Coach and Mentor an inside sales team to fill the top of your sales funnel--- Follow all Company policies and procedures
--- Familiarity with using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management), calendars, and Microsoft Office products required--- High school diploma: Bachelor's degree preferred--- Strong writing and English-speaking skills to effectively communicate and manage complex client and temporary associate situations; responding promptly to the temporary associate, applicant, divisional staff, and client needs--- 5+ years prior Industry Experience in staffing industry in a Sr sales role--- Strong negotiation skills--- Prior experience with high volume prospecting, cold calling, and closing skills--- Experience with consultative and solutions selling to Sr level executives--- Prior experience working in a sales environment that had weekly sales goals or performance metrics that needed to be achieved
