You will be responsible for developing and closing opportunities with employee health benefit consultants & brokers and large self-insured employers. Candidates must be entrepreneurs passionate about developing and executing efficient and effective processes, competent with technology, and capable of developing and communicating strategy while demonstrating clear results.ResponsibilitiesPartner with brokers to bring New Choice Health's Benefit Buddy platform into their employee benefits offering.Develop sales presentations that clearly presents the values offered by Benefit Buddy and the problems it solves.Maintain operational calendars and financial forecasts.Collaborate cross departmental to ensure successful product delivery and patient experience.RequirementsMotivated self-starter with a deep entrepreneurial spirit which is driven by performance!5+ years of direct, strategic B2B sales experience in employee health benefits and/or experience as an employee benefit wholesaler, carrier representative, etc.Knowledgeable and proficient at working with all industry stakeholders (brokers, consultants, TPAs, employers, etc.)Large network of contacts in the employee health benefit industry.Outstanding presentation skills are a must - in person and virtual, along with being extremely proficient with all necessary software and technology.Must be articulate, intelligent, and outgoing. Effective and diplomatic verbal and written communication skills. Must get energized talking with others!Compensation PackageCompensation will be a generous base rate plus a strong performance bonus. A successful candidate can easily earn well over a target performance package of $200K.
