If you are taken to Joblift/ZipRecruiter or another recruiting site to apply, then that is NOT from our company. ------------------------------------------ Role Purpose As a Sales Development Representative your primary goal is to develop marketing sourced leads and turn them into actional opportunities for our Inside Sales Representatives. You will comb through the data we have purchased and call customers to entice those who are on the fence with their current POS system to see a demo of the Epos Now system. You will receive top-notch training by our Sales Leaders, and work directly with our VP of Sales learning advanced sales techniques and learning how to manage the full sales cycle. This role is Sunday - Wednesday, 9am - 8pm.-- Within 3 months of starting with us, you will be set up for success and migrate into the Inside Sales Representative position where you will manage the full sales cycle and apply your sales skills! Engage and qualify warm inbound leads and pass on opportunities to the Inside Sales Representatives through Salesforce Conduct needs assessment calls with specific prospects Schedule online product demonstrations Maintain relationships with our prospects and users until their ready to qualify Follow up on leads via phone and email; track productivity daily in Salesforce. Ability to multitask and prioritize large lists of leads Become an expert in the features, benefits and application of Epos Now's products This role is Sunday - Wednesday, 9am - 8pm. What skills do you need? You need to have a strong work ethic and determination to win Strong cold calling skills OR a strong interest in a selling role Experience in inbound call center sales environment working directly with customers of varying size and industry, preferred Outstanding written and verbal communication skills A passion for exceeding expectations demonstrated through consistently exceeding quarterly and annual targets Good sales foundation and a hunter mentality A competitive spirit and a desire to join a winning sales team Drive, discipline, tenacity, energy and hungry appetite for success Coachable and able to receive direction and feedback BILINGUAL IS A PLUS!-- Benefits?
