focused mindset, have the ability to oversee or be a part of the
daily operations and management of a multi-family residential

Our Assistant Maintenance Supervisors are skilled in their field,
and most are looking to grow within the company. If you have 3+
years of experience as a maintenance technician and have at least 1
year of supervising a staff, we want to talk with you! We are
looking for competent, proactive individuals that enjoy their work
and be open to learn new tricks of the trade and have a career with
a national company!
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are currently looking for an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to
join our team at a property in Orlando, FL. This position is a
Full-Time - Hourly - Full Benefits and Bonus Program eligible.
Pay: $24-$26/ Hour
