Electrician II will report to the Facilities Maintenance
Superintendent and will be responsible for installing rough-in and
finished electrical work for university projects. Projects may be
new construction or existing renovations throughout
campus.Responsibilities:

Qualifications:Licensed as an electrician in the State of Florida
and 3+ years of relevant experience. For applicants who hold a
license in another state (Georgia, North Carolina, or California)
which has reciprocity with the State of Florida, they will need to
apply to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to
get their license approved as a Florida equivalent license. For
those applicants who hold a license in a state in which Florida
does not have reciprocity, they will have six months to take the
examination.Preferred Qualifications:
Health Assessment Required: UCF policy requires completion and
passing of a physical exam for this position.Special Instructions
to the Applicants:This position is eligible for a 5% Shift
Differential Pay of the pay range minimum.Position requires a valid
Class E driver's license. This position may involve driving to
various locations on and off campus to conduct University
