What Will I be Doing?

The Sr Analyst IT Financial assists the IT Finance department. The successful candidate in this role will support the monthly close function, forecasting / budgeting, support AP/Procurement function (as needed) and any ad hoc reporting requests for leadership decision making /support. Works with all levels of the IT Management Team including Analysts, Managers, Directors, as well as Corporate Leadership, to promote an efficient means of tracking and analyzing business operation costs.

You are responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• 
  
• Financial analysis including month-end & quarterly variance analysis, close reporting, monthly forecasting & budgeting
  
• Maintain accurate and timely financial forecast schedules and investigate & resolve discrepancies
  
• Review reclasses, contractor accruals, IT accruals and all other JEs prepared by Financial Analyst
  
• Lead monthly forecast meetings with IT teams (take notes, pull invoices, send out meeting notes, follow-up with teams for resolution, etc)
  
• Support AP and Procurement functions as needed
  
• Foster strong relationships with AP, Accounting and FP&A teams and be able to adapt to change
  
• Provide ad hoc reports as requested by Leadership.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  
• Ability to prioritize effectively to multi-task under tight deadlines
  
• Must be organized and disciplined with professional appearance and demeanor.
  
• Must be capable of adapting to a dynamic and constantly changing environment and possess a sense of urgency.
  
• Exhibit intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications, Oracle and Hyperion

  To fulfill this role successfully, you possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 3-5 years previous Financial Analyst experience
    
  • Intermediate in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
    
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    
  • Strong organizational skills.
    
  • Ability to handle multiple numerical related tasks and maintain accuracy.
