Our national footprint of over 3,500 skilled field technicians are trained to work on virtually any brand of equipment in every type of facility in nearly every major U.S. market.Job Title: Infrastructure Support AnalystJob Summary:The Infrastructure Support Analyst will ensure the availability and maintenance of all networking infrastructure in support of business goals and security requirements for the EMS division. This will require maintenance and administration of key systems, rollouts of new technologies, and close cooperation with various corporate IT groups to successfully implement the technical aspects of enterprise level initiatives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ongoing support of products, services, applications, network systems and overall solutionsPerforming systems software upgrades, workstation setups and server configurationsMaintaining software and hardware inventoriesProviding operational support and analysis for the organizations information systems and peripheral equipment, such as servers, desktops, printers, and storage devicesPerforming recovery procedures, scheduling, and backupsAD and AAD supportMaintaining operational integrity through adherence to, and enforcement of, corporate IT policies and proceduresAssist with purchasing, imaging and distribution of IT assets to end user communityMaintain IT asset inventory using corporate and EMS toolsDocument all changes to the network environmentAssist in the implementation and deployment of IT projectsFunctional understanding of all departmental, divisional, and enterprise SOPAssist and promote cybersecurity throughout the organizationQualifications:Education and CertificationsCollege diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or 5 years equivalent work experience.Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSE) Certification preferred.Microsoft Azure Certification preferred.Continuing education in relevant technologies.Willingness to travel.Knowledge and ExperienceExcellent problem-solving skills related to the resolution of hardware/software issues.Proficiency in server setup, virtual environments, cloud based and DR technologies.Candidate must have the ability to work with minimal supervision, be self-motivated, and able to multitask.We offer our employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package and are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
