This role will need strong negotiation skills and the ability for purchasing online.Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Use available reports and resources to accurately forecast and procure goods
• Use analytical skills to find problems within the supply chain
• Process freight claims and RMA's from suppliers
• Assist Quality Engineering to improve supplier quality and delivery
• Maintain minimum stock levels with assistance of Inventory Control personnel
• Reconcile all packing slips and purchase orders
• Manage monthly and quarterly inventory with help of Production ManagementRequired Skills:
  • 1-2yrs yrs purchasing or inventory control experience preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills with vendors and purchasing online
  • Research skills and good judgment needed for confidential pricing/purchasing
  • Strong computer skills, analytical and math skills needed
  • Ability to act promptly and quickly under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work occasional overtime as needed
  • Proven attendance record
