Analyst, you're expected and empowered to be your best, to grow and
develop your skills. Be prepared to move quickly, to engage
proactively, and to think strategically. As a business system
analyst, you will play a key role in working with our Product
Managers and business stakeholders to build and implement products
to support our strategic goals. The successful candidate is one who
can effectively elicit business requirements and translate them
into stories for development, seeing them through the development
lifecycle. You'll be responsible for documenting requirements,
process flows, and other artifacts related to the product. Our
Analysts understand business problems and recommend solutions which
align with organizational goals and must be able to manipulate,
analyze, and interpret data using SQL, Excel, and Tableau. You'll
enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the
U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary
Responsibilities: Collaborates with internal and external
stakeholders and users to synthesize, articulate, and document
business and system requirements Defines and documents business
requirements, translates business requirements to
technical/engineering specifications, acceptance criteria, user
experience requirements and system validation while considering the
complete technical and non-technical solution. Technical
specifications are utilized by Engineering/IT in the final
technical design and eventual product build/acquisition or
integration Understands and considers both the business and the
technical needs to ensure quality digital products and related
operational workflows to meet/exceed the desired business
objectives Able to perform cost, benefit and risk analysis
associated with the proposed product/services and recommend
alternatives for solutions throughout the product life cycle May
assist product and operations leaders to coordinate deployment of
deliverables (varies by product). Provides input for development of
other product documents, project charters and plans, work
assignments, deliverable target dates, and other aspects of
assigned work Applies agile software engineering methodologies and
discipline throughout the product and project lifecycle based on
assignment Researches, analyzes, and validates complete and
accurate business and systems requirements. Establishes scope
boundaries for basic and routine products and technical
requirements with accuracy and clarity Assesses and defines
problems through root cause analysis and proactively brings
solutions to the table Understands and helps define product

Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of relevant experience 3 years of
experience in a relevant business analyst role Experience designing
and documenting user flows, workflows, and business requirements to
support application development Experienced with interpersonal,
written and verbal communication skills to bridge / facilitate /
report efforts between technical and business teams Extensive
experience Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Preferred
Qualifications: Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or relevant
technical or business certifications Experience working in Agile
based methodology (SCRUM, Kanban) Experience using quantitative and
qualitative data to assess priorities and influence roadmaps
Experience with Tableau, Power BI or like data visualization and
analytics tools Detail oriented and technically astute with a
demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrent initiatives and

residents is $67,800 to $133,100. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to education, work experience,
