  Want to make a direct impact on the success of Hilton Grand Vacations? This role may be the right next step! We are looking for an Analyst RO Business Operations. This stellar employee will work with the Senior Manager on descriptive and predictive analysis supporting the Resort and Club operations.
  
  
  
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Work with Senior Manager to support Senior Director and leadership with data mining and analysis requirements.
    
    
  • 
    Create statistical and financial modeling.
    
    
  • 
    Analyze data and derive insights from developed models, report on findings, and make actionable recommendations.
    
    
  • 
    Perform descriptive and predictive analysis using Tableau/Looker, Python, SQL
    
    
  • 
    Work on special projects, initiatives, and day-to-day activities
    
    
  • 
    Fulfill ad hoc requests and questions from leaders and many company-wide business units.
    
    
  • 
    Work with Senior Manager to provide data support in a timely manner, create/enhance reports, and on-demand dashboards.

    Required Qualifications
    
    
    
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
      
      
    • 
      2-4 years of experience in business support, analytics, and data visualization
      
      
    • 
      Proficient in Tableau/Power BI/ Looker, SQL, Excel, and the ability to transform data into insights
      
      
    • 
      Data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, and data visualization
      
      
    • 
      High level of business knowledge and ability to understand and communicate in common business language
      
      
    • 
      Demonstrated ability to communicate with senior leadership on a consistent basis.
      
      
      
      
      
      Preferred Qualifications
      
      
      
      
      • 
        
      • 
        Master of Data Analytics or a related field is preferred.
        
        
      • 
        Tableau certification
        
        
      • 
        R, Cognos, BigQuery, and AutoML a plus
        
        
      • 
        Timeshare experience related to Resort Operations and Club is a plus.
