What will I be doing?

The -Digital Experience Analyst -will be responsible for creating best in class digital experiences and supporting digital marketing efforts through the management of HGV's enterprise content management system and email marketing platform. The Analyst will mentor the team to develop technical solutions using the most relevant development tools/techniques, insistently optimizing, and bringing efficiency to team processes. This role will combine content management, digital marketing, commerce, and customer insights to deliver personalized content in real time that's scalable across various marketing channels.

You will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• 
  
• Administer the organization's Web Content Management system (web page template management, page editor, metadata editor, SEO management, page versioning, site search, page access, rule-based publishing and workflow, multi-domain deployment, internationalization, etc.).
  
• Create / Edit HTML and CSS/SASS responsive layouts for multiple channels (web, email, display, etc.) based on design requirements
  
• Analyze user story acceptance criteria to ensure technical feasibility and point out potential issues
  
• Support the discovery, prioritization and execution of bug fixes and enhancements
  
• Work with backend developers on building out web page functionality using APIs
  
• Work with the UX team on attractive, easy to use, high performing UI
  
• Proven proficiency in development technologies such as PHP, Bootstrap, Drupal, JavaScript, WordPress, Sitecore, HTML5, CSS to develop mobile responsive websites and applications in an agile environment
  
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code while making recommendations for process/coding improvements
  
• Track, manage, and lead teammates on short term sprints, and long-term deployments
  
• Mentor teams to develop technical solutions using software application tools SDLC methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile
  
• Collaborate with teams and implement the most relevant development tools/techniques to solve client issues and exceed client requirements
  
• Use good communication skills and technical knowledge to translate technical software solutions to non-technical clients

  • Understanding of technical SEO

  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
