Join the team at the NADA's "American Truck Dealer of the Year 2020"-Sun State International Trucks!Sun State International Trucks is currently seeking experienced Mobile Diesel Technicians for our dealerships in Tampa, Sarasota and Davenport, Florida. Our ideal candidate is skilled in major repairs, engine diagnostics, and electrical systems.Sun State International Trucks is a locally owned dealership retailing International brand trucks with 5 locations throughout Florida. We sell both new and used trucks and trailers. We are an authorized dealer of IC Bus, Hyundai Translead trailers, and Globe trailers. We also provide parts and service for heavy-duty trucks of all brands.As an experienced mobile diesel technician - you know the job. We expect you to be able to accurately evaluate repairs and complete repairs in a timely manner.Hourly rate is based on experience and technicians are eligible for a monthly efficiency bonus. As an employee of Sun State, you'll be eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short- and Long-term disability insurance and our 401K retirement plan with employer match.Required Education, Licenses, and Skills: - High School Diploma or Equivalent - Class A, B and C Diesel Mechanic; All Makes- International, Volvo, Mack, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Cummins Engines, Detroit Diesel Motors - Valid Driver's License with CDL - Ability to Meet Physical RequirementsPhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
