We are looking for a Skilled Carpenter/Handyman to do home repairs in the Miami area. Location: Orlando, FL Pay: $60,000 - $82,000 Schedule: Mon - Fri (weekend work also available) Typical Repairs: Install doors ( Interior and exterior) Repair door frame ( rot, water damage or break-in) Repair rot on window or siding Repair deck boards, stairs, handrail, and post Repair fence, panels, posts, and gates Trim repair, baseboard, and crown molding Drywall repair ( patches holes on walls and ceilings) Soffits and Fascias Replace and Install Ceiling fan/light fixtures Requirements Strong carpentry experience Ensure that all work has been completed in a safe, prompt, and professional manner Must have own tools ( power drills, compressor, circular saw, nail gun, etc) Must have a valid driver license Must have own vehicle Benefits Steady year round work - no chasing jobs!
