Reporting to the Director of Sales Strategy and Operations in
Kaseya's GTM organization, we are looking for a high-energy,
results-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst II with experience
performing a variety of data-related tasks, analyses, reports and
dashboards in support of functional Marketing, Sales, and Business
Development executives to manage their respective businesses.

Our ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting, Finance,
Marketing, or data analytics and is familiar with data models, data
warehouses/lakes, data management and governance, report and
dashboard development using best-in-class data visualization
techniques to tell data stories allowing functional leaders to make
informed decisions. You should combine excellent analytical skills
with the ability to analyze and present complex data. To be
successful in this role, you should be able to use critical
thinking to create forecasts and make decisions.
Qualifications:
3+ years prior Strategy, Consulting, Sales/Marketing Operations or
FP&A experienceProficient in Excel, Salesforce.com, Marketo,
Power BI (or similar BI tools)Experience with utilizing other data
analysis tools and languages is a plusExcellent communication
skills, both written and verbalUnderstands communication channels
and escalates appropriatelyStrong initiative; able to
self-manageComfortable with ambiguity and able to work through it
to get the right things done
Essential Responsibilities
Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from
internal and external sources to provide insight to
decision-makers.Develop and maintain a set of Metrics and KPIs to
drive efficiency and productivity within the Global Sales
function.Construct reporting utilizing Power BI, Marketo and
Salesforce.com to drive insight for sales leadership.Tell stories
with data and propose analytical solutions instilling confidence to
leaders making operational and strategic business
decisions.Constructs forecasts, recommendations and
strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market
knowledge.Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on
business needs and required or available data elements.May provide
consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address
business issues.May directly produce datasets and reports for
analysis using system reporting tools.Plan, facilitate, and conduct
requirements gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations
