in this function work in the analysis phase of the system
development cycle and consult with users to evaluate business
requirements, identify operating procedures, evaluate existing or
proposed systems and prepare detailed specifications from which
programs will be written. -This function also is intended to
include those that also may define business processes. Work
directly with end users to resolve application issues and answer
questions. -Supports the clinical delivery system by ensuring the
application is optimized and the users are utilizing the
application correctly. -Analyze system development and consult with
users to evaluate business requirements, identify operating
procedures, evaluate existing or proposed systems and prepare
detailed specifications from which programs will be written. - If

telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges. Primary
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and investigate issues -

- Rotational on- call support required which includes nights and

- Create and maintains documentation -
- Serve as primary IT resource for small to medium-size projects

requirements for development and implementation -
- Translate requirements into technical specifications -
- Work with developers to get projects developed and implemented

- Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with
developers and business resources -
- Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements -
- Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems

- Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately
complex analyses -
- Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most
complex tasks -

- 1+ years of application support experience
- Experience with providing IT resources for small to medium
projects -
- Experience defining project requirements for development and
implementation -
- Experience translating requirements into technical
specifications -
- Experience partnering with project team to include developers,
vendors and the implementation team
- The ability to drive to local clinics in Tucson
- Must be local to Tucson, AZ
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this

- Undergraduate Degree -
- UnitedHealth Group or subsidiary work experience -
- Experience documenting workflows and processes -
- Experience with error management with interfaced applications

- Experience supporting: Allscripts Touchworks, Nuance Dragon, GE
Centricity Business, and working with (CIE) common interface engine
systems
- EMR support experience -
- Basic level with MS Visio - To protect the health and safety of
