So what would a day at Blezoo look like? You will be working daily alongside your high performing teammates providing client services to our partners. The Logistics & Fulfillment Manager will be in charge of all shipping, fulfillment, warehouse and facility responsibilities. - You will work with colleagues, vendors and customers to keep projects moving through the pipeline, find solutions to roadblocks, maintain a high level of service & generally delight the heck out of our clients.

Below are KEY elements of the job:
Handle shipping, receiving, and returns
Coordinate and manage freight shipments
Quote, organize and execute internal fulfillment projects
Quality control product when received
Load and unload product to and from designated areas such as racks, shelves and/or vehicles
Responsible for warehouse organization and inventory management
Oversee conditions of work area (trash removed, product in correct location, etc.)
Problem solve through unexpected issues and deliver solutions
Manage day to day planning and scheduling
Purchase and manage inventory of materials
Develop and maintain department processes
Manage part time staff as needed

Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Contagiously positive attitude
People skills; to be personable with clients, colleagues & vendors
Excellent communication skills - both written/verbal
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Proficient at prioritizing tasks & staying on schedule
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
Passionate, engaged and self motivated
Proficient in using computer systems including email and excel (Mac experience a plus)
At least 3 Years experience in a warehouse, shipping and/or logistics environment

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to 50 pounds
May require excessive bending, stooping and/or standing for long periods
Ability to operate a forklift
Majority of work will be done in an air conditioned, well lit environment with a moderately quiet noise level.

Desired:
Associates or Bachelor's Degree a plus
Knowledge of Shipstation and Asana a big plus
Print or Promotional Products experience a big plus

Compensation: Salary negotiable based on experience ($40,000 - $50,000/yr) - + Annual Bonus Commission opportunity + Health Insurance Benefits + Dental/Vision Benefits + 401K Matching Program + Lots of free stuff (you coulda' guessed that one!) + Personal Development Budget every 18 Months
