Job Description:

Grant Thornton is currently recruiting a Business Change Consultant (Manager) to drive large transformational initiatives across service lines and functions.

We are seeking someone with the expertise in leading large change management initiatives and have the ability to work with and influence diverse stakeholders.

This fully remote role will include a generous salary + Full Benefits + Bonus Program + Flex Time Off + Summer Fridays.

The Key Essentials:
Work with project sponsors and project manager to understand business goals and project charter
Conduct stakeholder analysis and change readiness assessments and develop a change strategy
Develop a detailed change management, communication, and training plan that dovetails into overall project plan
Leverage subject matter experts in areas like communication, learning & organizational effectiveness, and technology as required for projects
Communicate progress regularly to leadership team and key stakeholders
Build relationships and influence with project team members and key stakeholders across levels
Manage, develop, train, coach and mentor staff on projects and assess performance for engagement and year-end reviews
QUALIFICATIONS :
10+ years of related work experience
Bachelor's degree in any field required
Experience in driving large transformation and change programs
Experience in stakeholder analysis and engagement, culture assessment, communications planning/execution, training planning/execution, or other related areas
Change management, project management, or other relevant certification preferred
Excellent verbal, written and virtual communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and Project)
Ability to work with and influence diverse stakeholders across organizational levels
