Job Description What will I be doing? The Lead Business Analyst delivers strategic business analysis services to business partners by coordinating a team of analysts using a highly diverse set of skills and proficiencies in Business Analysis. This role is responsible for ensuring the team is working closely with a broad set of business units to gain in-depth understanding of customers business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, and the context in which the business operates! The individual will serve as an internal point of contact of the team and key liaison between business and IT partners. Additional Responsibilities Include: Coordinate the efforts of multiple business analysts on a project/program Perform lead duties including requirements management plans, reporting progress to management, and supervising day-to-day activities Partner across teams to resolve issues and remove impediments Ensure team is performing according to plan with efficiency and velocity Build and maintain success metrics, reports, issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates Collaborate closely with architects and developers to implement requirements Partner with QA and UAT to ensure success during the testing phase Identify, build and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by establishing relationships and partnerships with key partners to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies; Understand needs and expectations of multiple partners Provide mentorship and oversight business analysts Support, mentor, and coach business analysts team members as they work on IT initiatives and projects Plan the business analysis effort, settle how requirements will be managed, and review goals crafted by the analysts on the team for quality and consistency Partner with leadership to develop process improvements or re-engineering, recommending elimination as well as integrating new systems and processes with existing ones Identify, document, and quantify business needs; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes as needed Qualifications What are we looking for? Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree Business Analysis Experience Highly skilled in various project delivery methodologies (Agile Scrum/SAFe, Waterfall, and Kanban) Experienced in developing requirements, user stories, process maps, models, and diagrams Preferred Qualifications: Experience in developing business use case diagrams Timeshare industry experience, especially with automated systems Experience in program / project management, scrum master roles, or leading small teams CBAP or other related industry certifications (CSPO, CSM, PMI-ACP, etc.) We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
