Accounting Analyst UCF Area, Orlando, FloridaJob DescriptionThe Accounting Analyst will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and credit card statements.Responsibilities* Manage accounts payables and receivables, emphasis on Accounts Payable.Monitor and create payments for purchase orders.* Reconcile cash forecasts to payments entered in the bank to ensure completeness.* Monitor and manage credit cards, Corporate and Virtual cards* Complete monthly credit card reconciliations.* Complete bank reconciliations, weekly/monthly* Complete weekly PO Forecast.* Support the daily/weekly cash reporting and forecasting processes as needed.* Run reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ex. AP Aging, Trial Balance, etc.* Track and monitor compensation for Independent Contractors.* Process vendor payments via ACHs, Credit Cards, PayPal, and vendor portals.* Responsible for AP inbox, reply emails, and clear inbox promptly.* Issue 1099s at year-end for vendors.Education/Experience* At least two years of recent AP/AR experience required emphasis on AP.* Two-year accounting or related degree from an accredited college or university* Knowledge of proper recording of basic accounting transactions (debits, credits, general ledger, etc.)* High level of familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365/QuickBooks/ERP* Highly proficient in MS Excel and MS WordZesty Paws is growing faster than we planned.
