My client is responsible for implementing the strategic plan by developing, executing and delivering the products and services needed by the membership to their organization. They need a writer to complete a thorough review of their operating policies and procedures to identify gaps, initiate improvements and to standardize (as appropriate) the framework for policies and procedures of the corporate headquarters. The ultimate goal is to develop a comprehensive document available to all departments. In this role you will:

-Review and edit existing policy and procedure documents submitted providing content feedback, editorial correction, and suggestions for improvement based upon best practices

-Identify gaps where policies do not exist and compile a list by department

-Design

-Create standardized templates for policy and procedure documentation that may be that may be adapted organization-wide

-Convert existing documents to template format as requested.

-Draft new policies based upon best practice where a need is identified and review with department leads as necessary to customize them.

Develop process for ongoing review and updating of policies and procedures
