bold team.?Position OverviewThe Reimbursement Business Advisor is
responsible for the coordination and execution of operational
practice support for healthcare providers in the assigned territory
to ensure safe and effective use of BOTOX?. The RBA appropriately
leverages programs, tools and resources to help customers
understand barriers that may impede or delay appropriate patient
access to treatment and/or prevent optimal patient outcomes and
works with providers and their practice personnel to enhance
operational processes (including those related to reimbursement)
specific to the use of BOTOX??for approved indications. The RBA
helps practices maintain appropriate and accurate billing and
coding practices for BOTOX? in line with payer requirements and to
the highest levels of specificity.? The RBA works effectively and
appropriately with key Allergan stakeholders (RBA Director, NSS,
HSM, UMC, Sales Managers / Directors and Managed Markets Account
Managers) in a heavily-matrixed environment to achieve the targeted

support to providers and their practice teams, based on identified
needs and using approved tools and resources spanning reimbursement
operations and other office processes integral to the use of BOTOX?

approved resources and l programs on topics important to the
successful integration and safe and effective use of BOTOX? in a
practice This may include but is not limited to BOTOX? IV/ PA
processes, SPP considerations, patient scheduling options, intake
and patient tracking, in addition to considerations related to
injector capacity and office personnel in the BOTOX? treatment
continuum.Provides guidance and support on billing and coding
questions related to the use of BOTOX? to support continued patient
access to treatment, helping providers code to the highest level of
specificityResponds promptly, within agreed timelines, to reactive
requests from provider practices for support in reimbursement
and/or office processes
Communication and Leadership:Manages all forms of communication in
a timely and professional fashion to ensure customer needs are
fully met and all relevant internal stakeholders are appropriately

- Bachelors? degree, MBA desirableExperience:
- An in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the health care
environment, including practice management and marketing.
- A minimum of 3 years successful experience in at least two of
the following areas:
- ???Sales?/ Sales Management
- ???Business consulting (or equivalent) in a health related
- ???Experience with physician-administered injectables
- ?? Strong working knowledge of office reimbursement processes
related to the use? of?BOTOX?Essential Skills and Abilities:?
