Job Description:

The Employee Service Center HR Administrator works aspart of a dedicated team of HR professionals, serving approximately 30,000 CoxAutomotive employees in the United States.?Responsibilities include the oversight, coordination and entry ofBenefits, Onboarding and HR information in the PeopleSoft system for employeesin multiple locations.? This alsoincludes the processing of employee data changes, benefit family status changesand retirement information in accordance with company guidelines andprocedures.? The ESC Tier II HRAdministrator is the subject matter expert on these procedures, ensures all HRtransactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner. The ESC Tier II HRAdministrator must understand all benefit programs, respond to inquiries andresolve concerns while demonstrating a high-level of support and customerservice.
JobResponsibilities:Coordination and entry of Benefits:

  • Supportsescalated calls and tickets from the ESC Tier 1 support group and strives toprovide a final resolution Educatesand supports our Open Enrollment processProvidessupport for Life Insurance and term life claims and interfaces with Aetna whenneeded to ensure timely processing of the claimLeadsthe coordination efforts with Human Resources to provide education andmaterials to promote benefit programs and conducts on-site meetings when neededProcessesstatus changes in PeopleSoft and specifically supports escalated items, such astransactions related to the Affordable Care Act (ACA), monitoring participanthours for eligibilityAdministersthe insurance program for part time employees (where offered) by preparingenrollment kits/letters, maintaining records of enrollment, coordinating withthe HMO vendorProcessesseparations for employees Assistscustomers with retirement inquiries and submits requests to corporateretirement department as needed?Onboarding:
    • Managescandidate experience from offer extended to hired through consistentcommunication.Developspartner relationship with HRBP?s and recruiters to educate on the onboardingprocess and continual best practices.Coordinateswith I-9 reviewers in the field to quickly get new candidates to completeSection 2 of the I-9
    • Performsbasic troubleshooting of one-off onboarding errors and potential breaks inprocess?HR Information:
      Worksdirectly with Cox?s Human Resource Technology Services team or business partnerson data discrepanciesProcessesManager Direct Access (MDA), Service Station request, Emails transactions andensures that the transaction has the correct PeopleSoft codes before approvingEnsuresthat service dates are adjusted for rehires according to company policyEnsurescommissioned employees have an Annual Benefits Base Rate (ABBR) in PeopleSoftEnsuresIncentive Compensation Plans (ICP) are entered as part of the onboarding,promotion and transfer processKeeps customers informed on the statusof research and resolution, closes ticket when completeSecures, safeguards and keeps employeeinformation confidential as required by our, ?Personally IdentifiableInformation Security Policy? and all other data privacy requirementsSupports 4 time zones.? Must adhere to scheduled phone time duringshift and remain flexible to support unanticipated events that drive volume.Flexibility is required to support peak volume events throughout the year.Performs other duties as assigned bymanagement



      Qualifications:Education:
      • High School Diploma or equivalent required
      • Minimum 3 years benefits/HR experience and high-volume processing for a medium to large workforce.
      • Working knowledge of common benefits terminology.?
      • Experience with HR systems data entry and reporting is essential. Multi-state HR/benefits experience desirable.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
      • Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
      • Effective customer service, time management and organizational skills necessary.
      • Commitment to quality and collaboration in a team-based environment.??
      • Proficiency in PeopleSoft or similar HR system and Microsoft Office Suite, including strong MS Excel skills, is essential.
      • Previous experience supporting merit increase or quarterly bonus processes helpful.?
